"We’ve lived here for over 17 years and me and my family believe it’s an amazing environment for other families and even for pets. Not only that but it’s a secure place which is gated. With an amazing staff from the manager willing to resolve any issue at hand to the staff always willing to help with any problems around the apartment. Everything you need is here, playground, pools, laundries, gym, dog park. Overall an amazing place to live especially compared to other apartments in bellflower!!"

"Extremely inconsiderate of people's time. Had to constantly reschedule and confirm an appointment with their agent. Then literally an hour before the appointment I've been waiting all week, they say that they have a scheduling conflict? Why tell me that last minute and when I have put aside time for the appointment? It just shows their low priorities for new tenants. Very disappointed."

Madelyn has been very helpful since the very first day we made the decision to move here and the maintenance team is wonderful. "Management lady is racist and always finding something to talk bad about. I have never seen so many roaches. After fumigation three times....these roaches will not go away.they thrive here at this complex! Terrible and unhealthy environment for kids..or anyone. But that's just one issue. And the fact that everyone is giving a bad review for that same person says a lot like if she going to become any richer just being in peoples business . huskies are not “allowed “ due to policies but the management lady has a huskie they said every case is different. They litterly wanna kick me out just to take care of a huskies puppy for 3 days . Doesn’t even live here . Like people need to make sense . If a policy is a policy so therefore everyone should be on the same boat this management people are racist and are very discriminated people . Cuz I can simply give a personal reason and u won’t validated but if other person validate a personal reason she’s more than welcome to have one doesn’t make sense . Personal reasons shouldn’t even be valid if u guys don’t pay attention to personal reason don’t matter the situation they are in cuz if that’s the case then everyone can make a personal reason ."
