"We’ve enjoyed living here very much, it’s quiet and with great views of the marina. The maintenance crew has also been exceptional and quick to respond to my requests. We had a gate that needed attention and it was resolved same day. They emailed me an update and kept me in the loop! "This is a great property. So many amenities! Everything is fully updated and upgraded - feels like a resort or a very nice hotel. Pool, spa, tennis court, volleyball court, dog park, dog wash, gym, business center. The prices are a tad high, but the value is there. Secure property as well. The only reason I didn't rent here was because my dog, who's afraid of elevators, and came along with me for the showing, was also afraid of the open stairways in the buildings. He refused to go up or down. The staff here are also very helpful and professional."

"Efren is the best. He and all the maintenance guys are quick and friendly. Not only do they fix things in my apartment, they always ask me if the pool is warm enough if the Jacuzzi is hot enough. They always ask me how I’m doing and always give me a thumbs up if we’re not able to talk. I love these guys."
