"Elizabeth is amazing. A few things needed to be fixed and she stayed on top it. Feel very safe. Maintenance only comes once a week."
"We've resided at Valencia Park Apts for 8 years & finally purchased our own home. We're scheduled to move out at the end of July/2019. We gave our manager Precilla our 30 day (plus) notice and in return were given a ridiculous Cleaning list. I'm sharing their list with you so those of you who are thinking of residing here or currently residing here know what to expect. We know we have to leave the premises clean that is common courtesy but do they lack common sense to expect that a unit occupied for 8 years with adults & children will look as it did when we moved in Jan/2012? When I questioned the cleaning list I was told that my cleaning standards may not be as high as Allen Properties and I would need to "SANITIZE" the apartment. Really? FYI that is not the law & thankfully my husband works in a Law Firm that handles tenant/ landlord claims. This company is out to keep your deposit and with little or no intentions of returning it. I will follow up this review with photos of our unit upon our move out & let you know how much of our $800 deposit they keep. We will take all necessaey Legal steps if needed. It's the principle that matters more than the $800 bucks."
"I lived with my mother Colleen at 241#3 from 1973 til the day I got married in 1996 and my mom stayed until 1998. I loved it there, the memories are all good. We had great neighbors, I walked to school (Sonora High School ). When it was hot my mom and I slept on the porch with our Lhasa Apso Barry (Manilow). I would sit on the porch and read my Tiger beat magazines...oh the good old days. I truly loved living there and since my mom passed in 2010 I've only been by it once. Our best times were definitely there, thanks so much❤Ronda Dimmick O'Brien"
"Lived in building 160 as an 11 year old in 1963. Wonderful memories of those days. I'm so glad to see how beautifly things have been maintained."
"It's a beautiful place"
