We love the community, the random events and food trucks they bring into the community and, and how safe we feel thanks to their security measures. The maintenance team is great, Juan is the absolute best! His attention to detail and follow up is fantastic and he never hesitates to take a few minutes of his day to help with anything we might need fixed or replaced in our unit!"

"I am really satisfied with buying this apartment. First of all, the apartment is safe. An iron gate is nearby, so outsiders are not allowed to enter. And there is a good walkway. It is a big town because of the apartment community, and the parks and community trails nearby are also really beautiful. And I have a great connection with the custodians of the apartment. Juan Orozco is a kind and hard-working custodian. I like him. Recently, I had an apartment community wine party, and it was a happy time serving delicious snacks and wine in the apartment and talking with my neighbors."

"I’ve lived at Miro for 7 months now, and have enjoyed my experience living here. The community is very clean, and quiet all the time. I also enjoy that the community is engaging with all of the Holiday’s, as far as decor and hosting events. Another highlight is the sense of urgency and dedication from the maintenance crew. Specifically Juan Orozco, he has been very welcoming since I moved into Miro. Anytime I have reached out to Juan for support for appliances or minor repairs in my apartment, he is very timely and efficient. He knows a lot, and always has a welcoming spirit. Enjoy chatting it up when I run into him around the community. I would definitely recommend living in the community ."

"We've been living at Miro for a little less than a year. This community is always so clean, quiet and family friendly. The apartment itself is spacious and modern looking with the benefit of having a washer dryer in the unit. Anytime maintenance is needed Steven has taken care of it quickly and professionally."
