This is the worst laundry management ever, Been living her for over a year and everytime I tried washing clothes here the dryer never dries anything, so i have to leave and go somewhere else to dry my clothes, waste my time most of the time."

"If I could give a 0 start I would, I paid $105 for 3 applications I got approved with $4500 deposit and $2495 first month rent total of $6995, by the new law that pass in Oct they shouldn’t be asking for more than the first and deposit no more than the monthly rent they ask me $500 out front I had no problem with that I come to leave the money order, and we agreed that on the 12/7/2023 we will be signing the documents and bringing the rest of the money and to sign the lease and get the keys simple step but my sister works she can’t ask for a last minute day switch or can’t call off I ask the Assistant Manager if she can come later or early in the morning to sign or the following day he refused he wanted all 3 adults to be there on his time at noon or 3 pm so unreasonable I ask if we can switch the move in day he refused so stubborn he does not care at all horrible person it seems that if it’s not his way there’s no other way the manager wouldn’t even come out she’s also rude"

"I have lived here for 13 years now. I tend to mind my own business. I go to work and come home. Rules are rules. It’s been 4 years now that I have asked Kanista the manager if the apartment can be painted and the carpet changed. She refuses to do any of it unless I move out or as she stated “pack everything into a storage and clear the apartment then you have to stay at a hotel at your own expense”. Kanista is extremely an rude individual. She belittles you, yells at you and yet you can not tell her anything or she will give you a 3 Day eviction notice. Now in December 2022 the rent will increase by 10%. Please do not move here too these apartments. Rise and Angel are real nice folks unfortunately they fear Kanista, but she appears to be untouchable."
