"Manager is nice until you sign the lease contract. Lived there 2010-2013 and location was the best part. The entire building has termites. Every year I would tell the manager about it and she always acted shocked as it was the first time she heard it. Her husband is always in your business. There is no point in having an exercise room and surveillance cameras in the room if he follows you to see what you’re up to. He also knew who visited me, and when I was gone or came back. While I lived there, swimming pool also was closed to all tenants."
