"The place look good outside but totally different inside. I was looking for a rent and contacted the management to schedule an appointment. I arrived in time but no one show up. I kept calling their number for an hour, no one picked up the phone. It seems they not giving you their work phone so you don't call them in future if you become a tenant. The place is gated but I managed to go in and took a look. The guardrail for 2nd floor is very low and old. If someone run into me accidentally, I probably will fall off. Not sure why they don't replace them. It does look like a slum like other reviews mention. But I dont think it is that bad, it just shows the management is lack of professionalism. I worked for hotel management and place like this could be a stunning property, even with limited budget. I hope the management team have courage to do a better job. The guy I talked on the phone seems a responsible person."
"I lived at the Jade Gardens for 2 years and 8 months. During my tenancy I saw a great transition in management teams. The old Manager was sociable, but did not enforce rules and allowed bad tenants to take advantage. The new management team that took over has turned the apartments around - mind you it did not happen overnight. Good changes take time. The new team has breathed life and beauty into a place that was getting really run down. From the moment they arrived they cleaned the place up, got the bad tenants out, worked very hard to get the place running smoothly. Yes, there were problems...I have faith that the management team will get this place in tip top shape -- I have read the other reviews....they are not all good reviews. Please know that I have seen the changes happening and they will continue to happen. The only reason why I moved was because I needed a bigger place - I got sad on my last day at Jade Gardens....I will miss Claudia and Jesus + my neighbors too."
"Claudia and Jesus were always attentive and honest landlord personnel. I lived in those apartments on 2018 and 2019 and during the time I was there not one single issue was left unattended. They were diligent and helpful as well as their maintenance personnel. They were nice and always present when needed and the only reason I decided to move out was that I needed a three bedroom apartment and in this facility there are only one and two bedroom apartments. I feel very grateful with them and would highly recommend their service."
"I was able visit Jade Gardens Apartment in hopes of possibly being a future tenant. Upon arrival the front looked decent. I entered the front gate and proceeded to the office where I met Claudia (onsite property manager) for my tour. She seemed very nice, although it was somewhat difficult to understand her because she spoke very little english. I saw about 4 water ponds but only one was filled. It was filthy. It had so much trash in there and kids toys. The grass area within the complex had a very strong urine smell, it was disgusting. For a place that does not allow dogs, there were so many and the smell of the urine was just overwhelming. There is a swimming pool, that too was dirty, but hey who swims around this time of year. For the prices they are asking for $1350 one bedroom and $1650 for a two bedroom, is robbery...and thats a special. speaking with tenants who currently live here, the change in management was for the worse. Rent is 1700- 1800 for a 2 bedroom, there's cockroaches and a lack in maintenance. They are not well maintained apartments and the parking situation just looks ridiculous. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Read the reviews and do your homework."
"My wife and I had responded to a craigslist add for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment that was offering a move in special to which once we were approved was notified by the property management that that offer is no longer available. So we move on to agreeing on its terms, all while the property manager is gloating about how there are people lined up to move into these apartments. That right there should have been the sign to walk away. My wife and I have been living here since November 2018. We were told by management that we would be moving in to a renovated apartment. The first thing that happens is the towel rack falls off just by placing my towel on it followed by the cover of a drawer also falling off as I tried to open it. It had quite a bad roach problem but that has gone away so far with an exterminator provided by management. The dishwasher was broken when we moved in and they promised it would be replaced within the week, it is now March 2019 and after trying to reach out to the on site manager and her husband who is the property manager at Ideal Property we have yet to hear of a solution to this rotting dishwasher in the kitchen. We had some heavy rain and noticed a huge bubble in the bathroom ceiling. Management was notified and they sent their maintenance man down who drained it and eventually replaced the ceiling without stopping the leak from above to which after we complained he then went to the apartment above us and fixed the leak. The second bedroom after some more rain had a bubble in the paint and when the maintenance man removed the paint there was black mold. BUT it was treated as just another patch job and I was told that it is not mold and that it was caused by the neighbor above us (I don’t know how that makes any sense). That is my 2 year old sons room, I now pay for a 2 bedroom but refuse to use my second bedroom because of the black mold. I now feel like it is time to reach out to an attorney and have this matter corrected or to get us out of here legally. This apartment is not fit to live in and management only cares about receiving their rent at the first of each month. I am truly disappointed by this management team as they preach to us how they are religious and God fearing people yet will let their tenants let alone a child be exposed to deadly black mold."
