"I have lived here since 2015 and it has been nothing but a positive experience. The management is awesome and welcoming, especially the property manager, Amanda. The maintenance staff is trustworthy and friendly. Living here, I have felt both safe and comfortable & the residents are always kind and respectful. The convenience of living close to the beach, grocery stores and recreation has been one of the best perks. I love the fun and creative events that are put on by management for holidays by the pool. Units are spacious and some offer large patios, perfect for families with dogs. This is honestly one of the best places to live in Huntington Beach."

"What can I say, I been here for a year and change, I must say it’s the most amazing apartments I lived in. the manager Amanda is so amazing she is always on top of things and very respectful. And can’t forget about bob he is amazing as well keeps our apartments in top top condition… thank you both … neighbors are cool , love the pool n bbq area my favorite place to be in the summer not to mention we are less than a mile away from the beach so not only do we have a cool apartment to be at and get that cool ocean breeze you can literally walk to the beach what more can you ask for …."

"I lived here for a full year and it was the best first apartment rental experience thanks to Amanda and Bob. They are both such great, hard working, professional people. The apartments are in a great location, just a 4 minute drive to Sunset beach (No parking fees!), and they are Pitbull friendly - which was a must for us. I have 0 complaints about living here. Everyone we met here was friendly, the staff is great, and the apartment buildings are constantly maintenance and kept really clean. Thanks again Amanda and Bob, you guys rock!"

"I lived here for a year and it was my first apartment experience in my life. It was amazing! Amanda, Bob, and Ray were so amazing and kind to us through our stay here. They were also very accommodating and loved our pitties a lot which was a plus for me. Everyone was mostly friendly and the whole complex was very clean and well kept. The location was awesome, very close to the beach! I loved living here and I will miss it but I will recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!"

"I lived at Monticello for 1 year and I couldn't be happier. I came to California from another state and I was pleasantly surprised with Monticello. They are very pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. I loved living here, the complex Is in a great location very closed to the beach. Everyone is nice and friendly and the complex is quiet and family oriented. Amanda and Bob are the best! They are super friendly and relaxed and easy going. They are always on top of everything from taking care of the property to responding quickly to any questions or service request. I will defiantly be recommending Monticello to Friends!"
