"The five stars are for Wendy and Ashley alone. We've lived here for over a year now and the first year went off without a hitch. However it seems that when we had to deal with an agent outside of these two lovely people everything got way more scrambled in such a short period of time. However, today after figuring things out with Wendy we feel way more confident in this next year and our stay. Outside of those issues our apartment is great, we don't have any complaints with maintenance, and our neighbors or sweet. Thanks again both Ashley and Wendy for being great and keeping us satisfied."

"Update: Moved out after 2 years. Homeless person walked into my apartment TWICE! After the second time we knew we had to leave. Had several furniture delivered stolen. Went into the elevator and I saw a man (who I assume was homeless and camping in the van in front) with MY furniture walking out with it. Luckily it got refunded, but it gave me chills. I was walking my dog at night and in the bushes a man was standing in the dark and hiding. Also there is a man who frequently camps in the stairwell. After covid safety went down. There is supposed to be security, but since Covid i’ve never seen them at night. Don’t expect you car to be safe in the garages. Too many brake-ins and they don’t tell the residents."

"Someone occupied our parking spaces and now we can't log in to pay for rent We are trying to contact someone from office but I think they have no idea how to do their job and how use phone You should contact us to get payment I tried my best to get help but if anything its on you guys I’m not gonna take any responsibilities anymore Avoid them any cost"

"PUKE Catalina Apartments. If the tour is any indication of how it would be to live here I say don’t even bother considering this place. First of all the tour experience was horrible and so unprofessional. We scheduled a time slot for a “self tour” and the complex doors were locked and we couldn’t get in or get ahold of anyone for almost a half hour. Once we finally got inside the building (by a resident) we went to go see the unit and the door was locked of course, so we said okay let’s go look at the gym and see the amenities while we wait for someone to get back to us, but those doors were locked too. We finally got ahold of a worker and they unlocked the apartment door for us to tour, and the apartment looked beautiful until we took a closer look and discovered dead German cockroaches in the closet and in the hall by the bathroom. We immediately walked out, and the hallways smelt disgusting.. the lady who was cleaning the floors was cleaning with vinegar (I’m assuming to kill or keep roaches away) but the hallways smelt so bad I had to hold my breathe… honestly the place was just gross and the staff seems to be negligent unfortunately."
