"When my son was born we chose Berkeley pediatrics because it was walking distance from our house. Spent about a year there and usually had a very cold experience with the nurses. They made zero effort to be friendly with my baby turned toddler while taking the liberty to touch him and force him into the weighing table. It was always a difficult experience. Eventually I decided to leave because I felt pressure to night wean my 1 year old from our pediatrician and I didn’t want to. It was working for us and a dentist reassured us breastfeeding wasn’t the main cause of cavities, diet was. I found a new pediatrician who never pressured me while still making me feel informed in our decisions. Our new nurses are amazing. They smile at my son, are silly and make an effort to make it as good of an experience as possible. Also our pediatrician at Berkeley Ped. Always spoke so fast, spouting as much information as possible during our visit. It always felt so rushed. I literally drive 30-45 minutes now to our new pediatrician."

"The front receptionist staff are always very cold, never smile or even say hello and non-friendly. The only reason I continue to take my child here is because Grace So is very nice and the location is convenient. Other than that, I hate interacting with the front staff, they appeared to be so stuck up! Minus two stars for the front staff!"
