"Paper thin walls, no a/c, spider infestation, neighbors allowed to smoke off the balcony and in residence. There's a lot with this apartment area that needs TLC. I can't even work at home or study cause I have very inconsiderste neighbors who play music and their tv which echos through the wall everyday!! It doesn't help that they open their doors and windows. Update: apartment was able to respond right away and did what was necessary to remove most of the spiders! Though upstairs neighbors still a huge disturbance and smoking INSIDE their residence. Smoke is strong and can smell it almost every night. Apartment won't do anything about it since they dont believe me.. Also they stomp on the floor and move furniture everyday.. 5 am dropping things on the floor consistently every morning.. also open their windows and doors so they can air out their smoke or whatever crazy they doing. I can't sleep cause I get woking up by smoke or them stomping or dropping things on the floor. Also I have to wear my air pods on every morning or night just so I can't hear their stomping and dropping of things. I dont know what they do everyday but I dont ever get peace.. ofc this is something I can't prove so apartment is not going to do anything about it. I can't wait to get out of my lease. This is terrible. I honestly don't recommend this particular apartment.. I also never had to make complaints on a neighbor. I've always heard of stories but never thought it would happen to me. Welp here is my honest review. Hopefully you read it to this point and believe me how bad it is... look else where tho if you did ill save you so much headaches and precious hours of sleep!!"

"A lot of theft in the area. Cars are broken into on a monthly basis and I had things stolen from my mailbox often. They refuse to put cameras in the car ports or around the mailboxes even though they know this to be a problem. I lived there for over 3 years and kept the place in good order and was charged $470 of move out charges so I got very little of my security deposit back. The grounds themselves are nice and they keep everything tidy."

"Moved in a week ago and so far so great. Neighbors were welcoming and it is quiet and nice. Kelsea in the office was so helpful, courteous, and speedy in approving my application and getting me into the apartment that I wanted. Compared to the experiences I had with flaky, slow to respond, all around aloof property management types I dealt with trying to secure a place up to that point, she was a breath of fresh air indeed. I dealt with Heather briefly who was also very helpful. Both made me feel right at home and comfortable immediately. My move-in experience was as good as moving can be thanks to the team at the Huntington Continental."

"I have been very happy with this apartment complex! I’ve been here almost 2 years and definitely plan to renew! It is beautiful and has all of the amenities I need. It is right next to a 24 hour fitness and a lot of good restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. I love that it has a pool, jacuzzi and grill. The people here are also very respectful and nice. Everyone in the office has also been friendly and helpful since I moved in. There were a couple very minor issues in the beginning but the team got them fixed very quickly and did an amazing job. They are also dog friendly. The front office ladies are super sweet when my dog comes with me to the office. They spoil him every time with pets and a treat."

"I have been living in this complex for the past 2 years and I am very happy to live here. For a two bedroom apartment it is pretty big and have lots of storage ares. Great neighbors but more than that great office personnel especially Chris. He is so responsible, polite and always smiling, and taking care of your requests. I feel such a big family here. I have two kids they can safely play around with the neighbors kids, everyone around is also so nice and caring. I highly recommend here if you are looking somewhere around Huntington Beach."
