"The property management here is a joke, has all her family living in the apartments. It was just my luck that i stayed in apartment 25 with the property managers relative staying in apartment 26.These people are unfriendly from the get and run the apartments like its their own home and not a 35 unit apartment complex where people pay decent rent for a run down complex with a new paintjob. i would talk to other tenants and no one has anything nice to say about the property management and co.The apartment and location arent that bad but it gets extremely hot in the apartment and they are small, backyard is flee infested. 70% of tenants are 60+ I would guess. They(PM)put up a fight to keep your security deposit when you move out. slumlords but thats just how it Is i guess because they get away with it just fine."
