Jasmine Place Apartments 15100 Moran Street, Westminster, CA 92683

"Jasmine Place should be a luxury apartment living style in the heart of the Little Saigon in Westminster City but I do have a bad experiences while being a resident there! First of all the apartment with small roaches and old carpet with mold in the ceiling in the guest’s room closet when I moved out! The property management team there isn’t doing great jobs in taking care of the residents and their concerns. I’ve sent emails to them or calling but very seldom getting responses right away! I’ve lived there from the end of Feb. 2018 and moving out early on 7/31/18. I did pay the full month rent amount penalty for moving out early but I have never gotten my referral money for referring my friend, his family is still live there as of now! They moved in on May 2018. Sent email to the property management and never get the answer at all from them?? So pls be careful when you plan to live there and referral anyone to Jasminplace! Bad bad experiences ..with Jasmineplace on 2018. Now 6 yrs later 2024, I heard they do have the new property management with much improved in customer services, quick response and better living conditions per my friend ..the family has moved in from 5/2018 Daniel P."

"Management and maintenance are amazing. Kathy is the leasing manager, and Claudio is the maintenance manager both have been awesome from the moment we signed the lease, and they continues to be awesome we just signed our second 13th month lease The place is nice and clean, as maintenance continuously power washes and cleans the complex. Whenever we submit a work order Claudio shows up right away next day to fix any issues if it's an emergency he will show up the same day I definitely recommend this place if you want a quiet place with great management."

"This apartment complex is great. It’s clean and quiet despite its location is in the middle of Little Saigon community. The parking is gated to make us feel safe living here. I have been here four years and so far, have no negative things to say. The community manager Kathy Truong , maintenance manager Claudio and their staff are amazing. They are professional, courteous, friendly and responsive to the residents’ needs. This team deserves a recognition for their outstanding job."

The place is nice and clean, as maintenance continuously power washes and cleans the complex. The location is walking distance from all the great Asian food you would want. There's plenty of parking, and our parking spaces are gated. It's fairly quiet and the neighbors are quite nice. Overall we are very happy living here."

"I have been a resident here for two years. Of course the location is perfect, and the unit itself is very well built with a spacious layout. But the best part of living here has been the responsiveness and caring nature of the local management. Kathy Truong has always been accomodating and incredibly caring anytime something comes up. Compared to other property managers who are just corporate and indifferent, Kathy has always seemed to be wanting to help the residents. A rare blessing. My unit was always clean and any maintenance calls were responsive as well. I highly recommend living at Jasmine Place. A luxury apartment for a great price."
