"Clean and nice atmosphere"
"New ownership (Scott) over the past year and they’ve made some efforts to address a lot of issues; property was in a bad state from prior ownership. However, maintenance requests require follow ups (sometimes multiple) and sometimes never get addressed. Packages have been stolen frequently, and cars have been broken into in a “locked” garage. I check the gate to the outside at night from time to time and it is almost always unlatched / open There is no good handicap access which seems like that would be in violation of ADA. My mother needs handicap access and we have to take her through the garage to the elevator each time. There was also a fire in one of the second floor apartments in late 2022, and the living conditions throughout the complex were not at all suitable for months. Still a stench in the stairwell from burnt paint and wood. About half the complex moved out after that event because it was just not live able. We were never offered a discount or rebate on rent during this time; we were just told to go through our insurance if we wanted to temporarily relocate. Also, our dishwasher won’t open all the way because the stove range stands in the way. This is a request we’ve had out for months. Both stars go the awesome property manager for stepping into a huge mess and obviously doing what they can. Otherwise, rates at this property are certainly overpriced relative to the quality of living you would get at equivalently priced rentals in the area."

"Decent property and location. Poorly maintained with ok management. Painting crews left multiple issues starting right away with move in. Many, many maintenance requests were not responded to and took multiple emails just to get a response and even then were not fixed correctly and needed more requests placed. Would regularly have problems with the garage included broken for without notification so that all cars were trapped in the garage. Multiple break-ins and theft with zero accountability or changes in security."
"9/25/18 -- Thank you for your initial response and finishing the pool. As of today it is clean and filled, now for the sun to come back for us to be able to use it. You mentioned the BBQ area improvements, wondering if there is going to be a grill installed, and if so, when that might happen? It's a nice space that could definitely use a grill to help activate the area. Washers have been broken quite a bit, so would also, like to know when new (or replacement) ones might be added to the property. THANK YOU again for the response and it's nice to know that ownership is aware that these issues need to be addressed. Property Manager has already been notified, but it's Ownership that takes the lead on capital improvements to any property. The Property Manager is really nice and works really hard, but obviously ownership doesn't support his efforts. I've worked in real estate development for over a decade on both Class A mixed-use developments and Class B properties. Ownership really needs to step up their game for the rents they are pushing at this property. Pool has been in "remodel" mode for most of the summer and still sits unfinished, washer/dryers need to be replaced but either washer rental company doesn't want to replace or ownership doesn't want to make it a priority for tenants. Location is great and the building is dog friendly, but if you are looking for other amenities look elsewhere."
