"I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the living conditions at the aforementioned apartment building. It is with great concern that I advise against considering this location for residency. My experience in this establishment was nothing short of horrendous, as it proved to be the worst apartment building I have ever resided in. Initially, the landlord appeared to be amiable and accommodating. However, once I settled in, their true demeanor became apparent. Both the landlord and her husband exhibited rudeness and disrespect towards tenants. Additionally, their son, who resides on the property, also displayed aggressive behavior when interacting with residents. One recurring issue that plagued the building was the frequent break-ins into the mailboxes. This unfortunate situation resulted in numerous losses, as packages were opened and stolen from the mailroom. Furthermore, important mail was tampered with and removed from my mailbox. Regrettably, my car was also broken into on three separate occasions. The state of the building itself was deplorable. The doors were consistently malfunctioning, compromising the security of the residents. The laundry facilities on the first and second floors were consistently filthy and in disrepair. The machines were frequently out of order and caused damage to clothing. To add insult to injury, the landlord had the audacity to raise the laundry prices, despite the unsatisfactory conditions. When it came to addressing maintenance issues, the landlord's response was both infuriating and unprofessional. She would become upset and ignore tenants' calls for assistance. Instead of providing proper support, she would speak condescendingly and shift blame onto the tenants for damages that were already present. It was evident that she prioritized cost-cutting measures over ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents. The building suffered from a severe roach infestation, and the pipes were rusted and prone to blockages. The hot water supply would frequently cease to function, causing significant inconvenience to the residents. Overall, the cleanliness and functionality of the building were severely lacking, and repairs were often hastily and cheaply executed. the absence of on-site security and surveillance cameras posed a significant safety concern. Many residents refrained from reporting issues due to fear of retaliation, creating a distressing environment where grievances went unaddressed. the management of this apartment building is woefully inadequate. The conditions are unsanitary, the security measures are insufficient, and the treatment of tenants is disrespectful. It is disheartening that individuals should have to endure such substandard living conditions."

"I have lived here for years and before this was a heaven sent place managed by JMC Management with onsite manager and 24 hour maintenance. Now, since being taken over by new owners, it is HORRIBLE. No onsite manager or reliable maintenance. The building is untamed and is dirty. The owners are rude (especially the wife) and gets mad when you ask them to fix things. The intercom is not updated and connected to every tenants phone, there's trash all over, the doors are broken so we have had break-ins (cars), and people don't usually stay more than 3 months. The landlord will do whatever to get you in but once you become a tenant they are real slum lords."

"no onsite management. repairs are slow. building can get unsanitary at times with no management to maintain it daily. tenants let the pet go in breeze ways; don’t clean behind their mess in common areas. neighborhood is very noisy; people inconsiderate. no amenities but on positive side i think spacious and convenient to public transportation and shopping."
