"Don’t move here. I lived here with my sister for 3 years. Experienced roaches every night and rats/mice started coming into our walls and traveling neighbor to neighbor. There’s never parking on the street for guest. The landlord takes forever to send exterminators and then they take forever to finally come spray (doesn’t last long either the whole building needs to be bombed). Charge extra if you get your own ac but will charge an arm and a leg to use theirs. They take forever to fix anything for example one of our screens for the window had been broken and removed repeatedly by someone. The landlord was notified and it took 6 months for someone to finally come put a new screen up for the window."
