"We've had 5 leaks in our apartment since moving in this past July. There are leaks happening throughout the building. Management is aware that the pipes need to be replace, but will wait until they leak and cause a mess in your apartment to replace them. (It's the pipes for the fire sprinklers.) The manager did not inform us that this was happening before moving in, even though they were aware. They tricked us into thinking everything was working. Its been really stressful for our family having to live with water everywhere. It takes days for them to fix it each time."
"(Warning: Pretty long Review) -If I could give this place 0 stars I would and I hope this review could help someone avoid this trash apartment complex . My mother moved to this apartment complex 4 years ago and within those 4 years, I have lived there for 2 years. I have seen this complex go through 4 different management companies since my mother moved in 2014 & several property manager changes. Once Moss Management took over, I have seen this place go downhill. However, I will say I have seen some changes with the current Management company, Fusion, but nothing that would change my overall outlook on this complex. I’ll list the Pros & Cons of living in this complex and you could decide if this place is still worth living in: Pros: 1. Close to the 105 & 710 freeway. 2. Near public transportation : 265 & 125 bus (both walking distance) and Green Line Station 3. Near a few shopping areas (Walmart, Northgate etc.), & walking distance to a movie theater & Paramount High School 4. You do not have to pay for water. Cons: 1. The Onsite Property Manager, Julissa, is the worst when it comes to communication, getting things done and LIES constantly when called out. Honestly, she is the worst Property Manager I have encountered while living in that complex . I would highly suggest just calling Fusion Management for yourself if you need something important handled and recording your conversations or having a paper trail when dealing with Julissa directly. 2. Apartment rent goes up $100 each year (I’m assuming this is due to the high turnover of management companies but still beware) 3. The complex is infested with rodents, roaches & termites (these have been confirmed with the property manager herself & states that management, Moss Management at the time, did not want to pay to have the issue of termites rectified- so I’m pretty sure there are still termites in the building because nothing was done when it was first brought to her attention and I'm sure Fusion is unaware) 4. Complex has 48 units but only 4 washers and dryers that frequently break down 5. It takes forever for someone from Maintenance to fix something. 6. Complex is always dirty despite cleaning people coming often. 7. The parking garage always smells like garbage, dog feces and urine 8. The elevator stops working or gets stuck on certain floors; and it takes days, even sometimes weeks, for it to be fixed (my Father once got stuck in the elevator). It hasn’t been inspected since 2014 (You can see for yourself on the certificate posted in the elevator- I've also attached a picture just for you to reference and see I am not exaggerating) The cost of rent to live here does not reflect what you’re paying for. Honestly, do not be fooled by the pictures on the website nor what is shown to you when you come for a tour. We no longer live here and finally moved out October 2018. If you can live else where please do."
"Just moved here, been here for a month. Great place. Good management communication. We’ve had a couple issues and management was on top of them. They are renovating some apartments and let me tell you, they are absolutely gorgeous and feel very home like. Thank you Management for taking care of us as we moved here."
"YOU DON'T DESERVE ONE DAMN STAR!!!!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend is currently living in the complex and has had an issue with rats for a couple of months, there's been one incident when one found it's way inside the apartment. When brought to the manager she advised they were getting and estimate on exterminating it's now been 4 months later and it's pretty bad. Other tenants have complained especially tenants who have pets about a week ago the treated the apartments for bugs - OK, that's a start but we personally dont have bugs. Maybe I'm crazy but when you risk the possibility of it becoming an infestation you act quickly and aren't passive about the issue. My other issue is the onsite manager (Jullisa) most of my complaints are while she was working for "Moss property management" because that's legit when the building went down hill; she was barely in the office, things would brake and not be fixed, the courtyard would have trash, elevator nasty, and the laundry room would be flooded, or a washer/dryer would be broke for weeks... However, even with the current management company and NEW owners she is still useless and hardly in the office they did hire another girl though.. The current issues: this building has rats, lots of them. the elevator is nasty 98% of the time, there's trash down at the mail area near the front gate, doors will be broken for weeks which leads to people coming into the building - we had an incident where some homeless man came into the complex, entered the laundry room, and jacked off to women passing by through the window. When i very first went to Julissa about the incident on his behalf I couldn't get ahold of her for basically a whole day from 9am -6pm when she called me back she then proceeded to tell me that "Everyone in this building complains a lot." I'm posting this because at this point i don't see them doing anything about the issues and i'd hate for someone else to think they're moving into a "nice" building paying what you do in rent an have to have these issues as well."
