This staircase has been broken for a month now and they do not care. Mark my words, I will be filing a lawsuit if I end up falling through these stairs soon. This is not okay. There are many children who live here as well and I would hate for one of them to be injured of negligence."

"Worst property management I've ever dealt with. 1. My landlord gave them our contract and they did not read through it and even tho I told them about the rent increase they denied it and would not take my money as an increase only to call me 3 months later apologizing that they made a big mistake and had set me back on my rent. I have never been late or missed a payment until these Incompetent people took over. 2they have sent out 2 plumbers and 2 roofers and neither time was the issue resolved. Leaking roofs on my clients and flooded bathrooms. I have had to come out my own pocket to fix things in a building they are paid to upkeep. 3. The front desk clerks are very rude and unprofessional. They screen calls and will send you to voicemail of they dont want to be bothered by you. 4. What's the point on having a drop box outside the building if you're going to lock it when you close. Yes the dropbox is only open when the door 2 feet away from it is open also otherwise its closed. When asked why? The response was, "we dont want to come into the office with a lot of payments." really? 4. I let them know my building isnt up to code by city and FD yet they have still neglected to fix the issues. My clients are forced to use neighboring bathrooms, the bathrooms smells, the ceiling is leaking and drop ceilings are molded and the ventilation isnt working. 5. I only gave 1 star because I have to. This company uses the excuse of "we have 1600 properties to tend to" and that's their job. This company and its owner and employees are a joke. BBB and Realestate investigations have been notified."
