"The rent is high when we enter, they raised us after 7 months, then after 10 months again until the rent control law came, they do not always notify in advance of any movement that they are going to make, as now they took out the water from the pool, it is in time of water saving) and with this heat in the middle of summer or if they are going to cut off the piped water they give notice almost at the last minute, etc. there are details of information that are overlooked."
