"This lady is pure evil and should not be around old people she gives them problems and she almost made my grandmom get a heart attack just because i would visit her on Saturday she siad no young person shouldn't visit an old lady every Saturday and sunday like who would hire a women like this there i blame the person who gave her the job she kicked my grandmom out just because i love to visit her on weekends i think this lady has no heart or a mother of her own cuz her attitude wouldent be this way if she did she would understand fire her now and hire somebody els that loves working with old people and there families everybody will be much happier i promiss u that she dont deserve that job soo hope somebody with a good heart does the right thing if not than all u guys working there are monsters and hope u guys get a law suit"
"I've been trying to locate the resident manager Ernestina, for over a month & we have not been able to locate her at any point in time. There's a sign on the door of her office that states; business hours are btwn 8a-5p, closed btwn 12-1p for lunch. I've gone btwn 8a-12p & btwn 1-5p and I have yet to contact anyone in regards to vacancies, requirements & general information. I have also, left multiple vm and have not received a courtesy call back to atleast give us general information on what is required to obtain residency at this location. I spoke with her once & that was only because I took an emergency phone number (cell) listed on the door; she stated that she is ALWAYS there but has been on vacation for 2 wks...she indirectly called me a liar, when I told her I haven't been able to contact her or anyone for over a month. I requested to speak with her supervisor she gave me a 714 # for a "Lupe" lvm for "Lupe" & she hasn't returned my calls. These apartments are founded for low-income people who are either disabled/seniors; if I can't get a call back for a simple matter, could you imagine what the tenants/residents have to go through?! Ernestina gave me the impression that she's is the type of manager that is only available when it's time to collect rent or when her supervisor is there for an audit or what not. This is completely unprofessional! Taking advantage of your position as a manager will shortly come to an end...it even happens to the best. I hope this review helps the investment company to better select their staff whom they've chosen to have representing them & what their business outlook is."
