"Sad to say that I'm moving to another part of town, but living at Access Culver City was awesome!! It's a pretty small complex with a tiny gym but overall the living situation is fantastic. Location (if you know, you know), amenities, parking, staff (thank you to Danaan and Jose especially!!), the interior of the units are all great. Only downside is I have a feeling it will only get more expensive in the future so brace yourself!"
"What a magical place here at Access Culver City! If you are looking for the perfect balance of luxe modern + comfy homey feel then this is your place! Although what has impressed me the most, for being in such a high class and sought after area of Culver City, is the incredible staff here! Particularly, Danaan! Ask for him! He makes you feel so taken care of AND gives you that extra bit of personalized attention! You feel clean, you feel alive, you feel part of something GREAT here! The safety, the incredible technology, and the genuine feeling of being seen and heard here is what makes this place fantastic! Thanks so much Danaan and Access Culver City for being the best of the best!"
"Recently moved here from downtown/Little Tokyo about.a month ago and it was the best decision ever. Very quiet neighborhood yet still lively, and not to mention super convenient as well (10 min walk from Trader Joe's, Co-op Market right downstairs, 5 min walk to Culver City metro, etc). Leasing team is great as well and Danaan gave us all the info we needed to smoothly move in. Only downside is the gym is on the smaller side so it feels crowded if a couple people are using it at the same time, and it's missing a set of weights. Regardless, we are loving the new place!"
"So I just completed an online survey sent to me by this community based on my recent app-guided self tour of their property, and it was immediately followed by an email from them which said "Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback on your experience at Access Culver City. We would be very grateful if you helped spread the word about our community by sharing your experience in an online review." I think they might want to re-think this auto-reply email given what I'm about to tell you: The apartment itself & the location didn't look too bad, but their app-guided self tour was the worst app experience I've had in years (and I have years of experience in app tech support, so I know my way around apps). It was terrible from start to finish, forcing me to download a fair bit of data even though I only had 1 bar of cell service (from AT&T) when I was standing there outside their locked door and throughout most of their property, to leaving me in the entry way without telling me how to get to the first part of the tour (which turned out to be up the elevator on floor 2), to promising things which it didn't show me (a model apartment), to failing to unlock the doors of available units (I was only able to unlock 1 out of the 3 that the app appeared to offer). So while the apartment itself may actually be pretty decent (and has a nice-looking Co-op grocery + deli on the ground floor), their app tour was a disaster! 10/3/23 update: After posting the above review yesterday, I was contacted about it by Access management. They apologized for the bad experience I had with the app tour and said they are going to try to fix it. I'm going to bump my review up from 1 star to 2 because (as I mentioned above) the building itself & location looked potentially very nice, but the terrible app self-guided tour made it difficult to really tell. I'm still leaving the score low because forcing people to use a self-guided app tour is still, in my opinion, a poor business decision that reflects negatively on how the property is managed, at least at this early stage for prospective residents. I visited maybe a dozen other nearby properties over the course of a long weekend, all managed by Greystar, and every one that was open at the time I visited had a human being I was able to talk to who could answer my questions."
"Excellent experience living at Access Culver City so far. Leasing and move in was easy. Building staff are professional and friendly. Amenities are awesome, and well maintained. Apartment layout makes sense, and is just what we needed. Would recommend!"
