"Maintenance is amazing they are always so profesional and they do quality work. About living at the palms the rent is way too high and the amenities are always broken. The gym has had broken equipment for 3 months now and missing mirrors from the walls. The bottom of the pool floor is always dirty. The recreation/mail room is always a mess with packages. So for the amount of money I pay for rent here, this place leaves a lot to desire."
"Decent apartments with a central location but constant issues with gym, parking, and package room. Packages get stolen and the room itself has flooded nearly every time it rains. The gym equipment continues to break and signs reading “Vendor has been contacted” are placed on it. They must have the worst vendor on earth because some signs have been on equipment for nearly the entirety of 2023 and still now in January. Weights are stolen and not replaced. Do not rely on this place as your go to gym. Parking is chaotic in the building with no transparency on who is in what spot and no organized process. Very tight double parking spots with multiple break ins and door dings and dents reported. Leasing office agents are often very stand offish and never give any helpful information to problems/incidents. Contrarily, the maintenance staff is exceptional and very helpful. Security on site is comical at best. The night security that patrols the apartment complex can often not be found and if found usually hiding in the gym closet. You will only see them when they are required to prove they are there by taking pictures of certain areas a few times a night. Rent for current places is an absolute joke compared to prices from two short years ago on the same units. Gauging prices to take advantage is disappointing to see. If you can afford I would recommend moving in but expect the bare minimum with amenities and leasing office service. The leasing office turnover is atrocious (3 different managers in 1 year). Overall, would recommend to look elsewhere for a better complex, decron is truly not for the people but instead for maximum profit."
"My boyfriend and I lived here for a year, and we loved it! The only reason we moved is because we are students and we qualified for subsidized university housing. The apartment was clean and the appliances were all nice and worked perfectly well! If we ever had an issue, it was so easy to fill out the maintenance form online, and the repair would be completed very quickly. Overall, the management was great. It changed over the course of our time here, but we only had good experiences with everyone we've interacted with. We loved using the balcony to eat dinner and enjoy the resort-like views of the center of the complex with all the trees and flowers and fountains! The best part of this complex is the amenities! The pool is well kept. There's a hot tub as well! BBQs and tables for cookouts. A really nice gym that is rather large for an apartment complex! A sauna in the gym! A community room with a kitchen, table, ping pong, billiards for little parties! It also was the secure mail room, which was pretty convenient as long as the community remembered to pick up packages efficiently. The complex is clean, safe, and beautiful. Our unit was very nice as well. I definitely recommend to anyone on an apartment hunt in this area!"
"I lived here for 16 months and it give me lots of memory since its my first home in Los Angeles. here are some pros and cons of this apartment pros: 1. The staff are nice and helpful for the tenant. 2. I got a 2b2b at price $1345 for each month each room. Consider other community apartments in this area that has security, pool, gym, front office. it is a considerably good price. 3. The home is newly renovated and I think the room its very big. 4. next to the big route that provide convenient traffic cons: 1. they don't have the washer and dryer in the room and sometimes on the weekend the public washer room are too busy. 2. they don't have central AC in each room and in the summer its just too hot for couples weeks that I have to open the door and use a fan to blow the cool air from kitchen to my room ,still felt a little hot. 3.my home is on the first floor close to the garbage room so it sometimes it appears a cockroach in our home, but my roommate found some's are actually came out from base of toilet. 4.After moving out , there are about $200 dollar painting fee if you living shorter than 18 months in the contract.But we checked out our walls are extremely clean like new so I think its a little bit expensive. 5. There are couple times the renovated noise coming from upper floor wake me up at 11:00 am at weekends that noise are too big to fall asleep and I hope those work will only go on on weekdays."
