"Channel Point is actually one of the best apartment complexes in Long Beach in my opinion. They have a great management team in connection with a competent, friendly maintenance staff. The property manager is extremely experienced and professional and who takes pride in managing the complex. The complex is always beautifully maintained. Channel Point also keeps their units up to date. The floor plan to their apartments is amazing and is larger than most. Channel Point is also a quiet complex with lots of great tenants. I highly recommend Channel Point."

"Some little dog barks every evening. Annoying. Dear Office, Don’t ask me about my experience. My experience is awful. It barks every day between 6 PM and 8 PM and sometimes about 2 PM. It barks aloud and constantly. I can’t study. I keep my windows closed. I feel sorry for myself and even more for this poor little dog that must be bored or abandoned by its owner. Don’t talk to me. Talk to your tenant, and you will help the doggy and all neighbours."

"I really, really loved my time here at Channel Point. Vesna was really welcoming and helpful, from my first tour to the leasing process and all the way through my final day. Maintenance was lighting-fast and did an incredible job each time. The property is well-maintained and beautiful, and my neighbors were top-notch. "I have lived here for over 5 years and love it! The property is extremely well maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The amenities including Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Courtyard and Pool are all exceptional - like a resort! Maintenance requests are responded to immediately and very promptly handled. The entire staff here is friendly, professional and very caring. They truly want you to have a great experience living here. The apartments are very upscale with a lot of storage and larger balconies to have full patio furniture, gardening and entertaining. Garages are also available for many units. I highly recommend living here...the community is quiet, and neighbors are refreshingly friendly and respectful."
