"During rain this is what has happened when living downstairs the bedroom carpet is wet and a leak from upstairs and the landlord does nothing about it all they do is bring a fan so it can dry up nothing else"

"I have nothing bad to say what those people say are mostly lie, the gentleman that walks around the apartments he doesn't go around picking threw windows, he walks around area making sure everything is well and nothing bad, a little problem would be the cockroach, and that's it."

"This place deserves zero stars but I had no choice to I had to put one star in order to write a review. My best friend has been living here for 14 years and it's been nothing but trouble. The maintainece man and wife come into your apartment without knocking at anytime they feel like it with or without your concent. The apartments are in horrible conditions and need a lot of work done and God forbid you need anything fixed. The maintainece man takes his time and never finishes the job. Also there is a tendent that they call the cowboy who walks around the whole complex upstairs as well peeking in and listening at people's doors going around telling peoples business and the manager allows this behavior to happen. FYI this is not a good place to rent from."
