"All this money the owners are making off of using this building that tenants live in is absolutely wrong and ridiculous. I don’t understand what’s the big deal about this place. People want to come visit because of tv shows and movies yet no one cares about how the tenants are treated. They so the same thing in Leimert Park and I am wondering when are my ppl going to wake up and fight against such poor treatment. You’re collecting rent money along with getting paid to allow film makers to utilize your property where tents live. Shame on Issa Ray as well I am not praising her because she and others are fully aware of this. Yet she had so much to say about Lauren London."

"Beware living here. This is worst mistake and experience me and my family had. This place is filthy from inside the apartments and outside. Roaches, rats and possums everywhere. When they gave us the apartment it was filthy. The apartment was in terrible conditions when they gave us the keys. We had to do all the cleaning and fixing to make it look and nice and clean. Carpets in the room was all dirty and ripped. Once we turned in the apartment. We left it in great condition. We cleaned and mopped the floors. Washed the bathroom and vacuumed the rooms. Left it in way better condition compared when we first moved in there. They didn’t return our full deposit because they said the apartment was dirty when I have proof that we left it in clean and great condition. This place is a scam. If you don’t want to go through the same thing me and my family went. I don’t suggest living here!!!"
