"This review is solely to give credit to Daniel from the Maintenance Department. He’s been very communicative with us during all our maintenance issues, always putting in the extra work to resolve the issue promptly. Really appreciate his assistance."
"The property was fantastic until it wasn’t. The views are stunning and we enjoyed living there until the management company changed. The property began going downhill fast The parking security gate broke and was left open for months. During that time there were several cars broken into, including ours twice. The parking structure was vandalized with graffiti. Our dishwasher was broken and replace with a old one that also did not work. We were told a new one was ordered but it never arrived. We were without a dishwasher for months. The hallway carpets were filthy and only cleaned after we gave notice. I can only speculate that the high rent prospects would have been turned off by the filth so that is the only reason they were cleaned. Quarterly window cleaning happened once in the 18 months that we lived there. Such a shame, the previous property manager Jenna took excellent care of the property. Not the case with the current management"

"This place is terrible. The management is completely disorganized, I recently terminated my lease after I saw management entering my apartment without ANY notice. They claimed it was an emergency & when I asked what the emergency was they told me the outlet in the unit below me was not working - THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY. The property manager confirmed to me that this was a mistake and that they would accept my lease termination free of any charge due to this tenant privacy violation. Around 3 months later, Greystar is calling me asking for over $6,000 for a "lease termination fee". This is not legal in the state of California. When I brought this to their attention, they completely disregarded it & instead harassed me to pay. I asked Jenna, the property manager, who assured me this would be removed prior to my departure. She responded by saying, "Yes, it was approved but then denied, sorry". They are refusing to send any notice of the charges to a mailing address. Overall, this has been a terrible experience, my security deposit was not returned as well. The place is not secure whatsoever either, they have a "gated parking garage", however, it stays open half the time. My car was broken into and had thousands of dollars worth of items stolen. The security on the premise is not trustworthy, they perform security checks on cars in the garage, late at night, by pulling on the door handle and looking inside your car. Besides this, The Reserve at Seabridge is marketed as luxurious - yet the walls are paper thin & all the appliances are very cheap. DO NOT RENT HERE"
"I am very fortunate to be in this wonderful place I call home. Jenna and team have been so helpful to everyone here. The professionalism she and team portrays is impeccable and consistent. This team goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.This establishment is a gift to us all. I would promote this location to all I meet. Jenna, recently, helped in so many ways make my all staff monthly meeting a huge success. I enjoy calling this place my home for a long while."
