"Wrote a previous review about a girl with dyed hair being condescending with her tone. Really wished that would’ve been resolved. It’s become so much of an issue that when I was in the store the other day she simply just refused to assist me in finding a powder foundation in my tone. A different associate, Cassidy I think, picked up her slack and helped me find what I needed! Please put the dyed hair individual somewhere she doesn’t need to help customers, thanks!"

"I am not much for makeup, but needed something for an event happening the next day. It was just my luck that Mercedes was working that evening-not only was she spot on with recommendations, but I really felt like she wanted to help me find the best product for me. She was patient and friendly while maintaining professional conduct and educating me on the different types of products and why each one might be beneficial. I will definitely return to see Mercedes for future beauty product needs."

"I was really excited to go to this location and Alex and another dark haired girl was really kind and helpful. The other two stood behind the counter talking super unprofessionally and then pointed out that I had alopecia and laughed. 9-30-21. Will stick to the mall."
