"Wrote a previous review about a girl with dyed hair being condescending with her tone. Really wished that would’ve been resolved. It’s become so much of an issue that when I was in the store the other day she simply just refused to assist me in finding a powder foundation in my tone. A different associate, Cassidy I think, picked up her slack and helped me find what I needed! Please put the dyed hair individual somewhere she doesn’t need to help customers, thanks!"

It was just my luck that Mercedes was working that evening-not only was she spot on with recommendations, but I really felt like she wanted to help me find the best product for me. She was patient and friendly while maintaining professional conduct and educating me on the different types of products and why each one might be beneficial.
