"This is by far the best rental I've lived in in California! The units are beautiful and the management company was so easy to deal with. I moved at the beginning of the pandemic and they were super accommodating with my appointment time request. Once I leased, I had very few maintenance issues and each was dealt with almost immediately by a friendly crew. I was very sad to leave, but I had to relocate for work. Also, everyone living there is wonderful- I was very surprised to actually like all of my neighbors! If I ever go back to SB, I will look at these places first!"
