Sheri is always friendly at the front desk, Kyle was new in service and didn’t know our Truma unit…but brought in his manager and they jointly did a great job. Steve in sales was fantastic answering questions about the solar power in our Lance. Over all good experience."

"I bought a camper from Gary Roskopf, who owned this business previously. Gary was the best, honest, and delivered what he said he would, and I bought several campers from him over the years. Upon receiving a recall notice on my current unit, regarding propane tanks/regulators, I immediately called. after being transferred to service, I was told I had to bring unit in or there was nothing they could do. When I asked if I could just get replacement parts and do the repair on my own, given the camper cannot be moved,I was told no-I would have to contact the manufacturer. Gary never would have passed the buck like this. In fact, on two occasions Gary sent repair men to my camp to fix similar issues, and while I offered to pay, he did not accept.Its to bad he sold, but good for Gary. However, I will not be buying my next camper from this place."

"This place is amazing. We get serviced here regularly for our rv trailer. The people are so nice AND helpful. On one trip, we were on our way north for a camping weekend with a six and four-year-old sleeping in car seats and our trailer started smoking. It was friday ten minutes before they closed. We called saying we were ten minutes away, could we come by? They were SO NICE and said, “yes. Come over. Be safe.” It ended up being our fault with the trailer emergency brakes. But how wonderful that they were willing to check things out and help on a Friday right when they were closing. These are the people that restore your faith in humanity. Absolutely amazing.
