"Such a great apartment building in a perfect location! Just a little over a 5 min walk to state street, as well as many food options right across the street. The building is fairly new, with great size apartments and big balconies. The property managers are very attentive, helpful, and are super nice! Would definitely recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and friendly building!"

"The apartments are cute and the management staff is polite. The layout of the apartments is nice, they really maximized space. You can email the management staff with concerns day or night and they usually get back to you quickly if it’s something important, they don’t always respond. Being new construction there have been a lot of hiccups, and anything brought to their attention is promptly acknowledged and attempted to resolve quickly. The area is super convenient- 10ish minute drive to the beach, walking distance to downtown, and the neighborhood seems pretty mellow, but some of the neighbors are loud and complain about everything. Definitely don’t recommend if you have a dog."
