"FRUSTERATING EXPERIENCE. The dirt delivery truck didn't completely lower the dump tailgate before exiting my driveway and snagged the telephone wires in front of my house. At first the driver and office staff was very apologetic and I wasn't concerned as long as Fra-Dor resolved the problem and brought the wires back to their original condition. The wires need to be redone from pole to pole not just zip tied. After more than 4 months, I still have wires that look pathetic in front of my house. Four different service people have come out to my house only to pass the buck to someone else. Xfinity is a joke to work with and Fra-Dor says that they are no longer responsible and will not help. I paid good money for the dirt and the drivers mistake has me wasting my time trying to deal with call centers in the Philippines."
