"If I could give zero star I would. This was hands down the worst & most disappointing massage I've ever had. I asked for firm pressure & I am highly convinced my 4 year old could have done firmer pressure than I got. The room was FREEZING cold the entire time along with Rachel's hands being cold the entire time. During the massage I could hear, what sounded like employees, talking on the other side of the wall the entire time plain as day, if I wanted to relax, there was no relaxing because of all the talking I could hear. I don't ever do anything for myself as a mom of 4 & finally did only to be extremely disappointed. Id love to give massage envy another chance but not sure I ever will."
"Had an hour long massage with Doua yesterday. She was great to work with! My upper back feels AMAZING. Also saw Kayleigh for a facial, which was my first ever. She was very kind and took the time to explain services needed and being provided that day. I have appointments with these lovely ladies again next month"
