"I really am not one to complain…I actually left the salon and had to work up the courage to go back in and ask them to try to correct my hair. I asked for a blonde balayage and left with large chunky sections of over bleached hair that is orange, yellow, nearly white and spotty. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service. I was told to go home and use purple shampoo to fix it myself, as if I didn’t just pay 200 dollars for her to ruin it. I hope no one else ever has to walk out feeling as terrible as I did."

"The facial was great! The checkout process was awkward. They added a 20% tip into the total automatically. Shouldn’t I make that decision? I explained I paid the tip directly to the stylist (more than 20%) but the lady still asked if I wanted to leave the 20% tip on my total. Again, no! I tipped in cash. *moved from a 2 star review to a 1 star review for making it my issue that I wanted to leave a cash tip. You still made it awkward when I said that I already tipped and continued asking if I wanted to still leave an additional tip on the card."

"Very disappointed with my hair cut. I received a gift certificate for my birthday from my children. I only wanted the ends trimmed up about an 1". When I arrived I was the only customer - the entire haircut. She washed my hair, combed it and cut it straight across. She blow dried my hair and then proceeded to cut my hair more. She asked if I wanted layers I said "no" just trim my ends. I have never had anyone cut my hair while it was dry. I added a shine package, she washed my hair again, and then styled it with a flat iron. She used no product before styling. When I arrived home my roommate told my my hair looked bad, it was all choppy and uneven. She took a picture and it was difficult for me. I know that it was a gift card, however it was for my birthday, the last birthday gift I will receive from my oldest son, as he just recently passed away. I will not return to the salon, it was overpriced and now I have to find someone to fix it. To fix it will require another inch or more, not what I wanted. Very unhappy! The experience was not very Professional, they sell Aveda products, however, the atmosphere is not Aveda."
