"I had a great experience today with my family. The employees made the experience pleasant and the fish are fantastic tasting. I have enclosed a couple of photos to tell you how I felt about the quality of the fish. My wife made the fish tonight. You can see what she made and in five minutes we ate the wonderful rainbow trout. I highly recommend this facility. It is a fun family experience with excellent fish."

"They have a large choice of seafood, locally made frozen pizza, a few different types of beer, smoked trout and salmon, fresh trout and salmon, salmon jerky, even smoked trout and salmon spreads. And if you want extra fresh trout, you can grab a pole and go catch your own in one of their ponds on the property. It's truly a unique establishment. The gentleman behind the counter is both knowledgeable and friendly. Stop by and check it out. I'm sure there's plenty I forgot to mention."

"We stopped here while doing a mini road trip thru the Kettle Moraine Scenic Drive. I caught 4 nice rainbow trout in the pond and they dressed them for us, it was alot of fun. But the best part was that we bought some of their smoked trout fillets and now we're in love with their smoked trout! They taste great! We've taken a few trips up here since then and every time we buy more of the smoked trout and it's always perfect, I found one tiny little bone in one of the fillets, other than that they've been completely boneless. I've had supposedly boneless trout fillets from a lot of places but this is the first one that's actually got the knack of making the trout fillets truly boneless. We've also had some of their smoked salmon, their in house trout snack dip, and some of their cheeses and crackers. Everything has been great. They also sell some dark chocolate bars that are excellent."

"OBSESSED with this place!!! Found the peppered salmon in our local grocery store and thought I’d try it! I couldn’t even wait to get it out of the package to dig in!!! It’s amazing and a healthier option to have for lunch or dinner or as an appetizer if you’re hosting or a send someone a sampler gift box-great gift idea!!! Sent a sampler to my parents and they are equally in love with it!! They said the trout was buttery goodness tasting!! I just ordered 3 lbs of trout for them and they’re ecstatic!!! If you see it in your local grocery store- Get it! Or you can order online and have it delivered super fast and packed so nicely with ice packs! What we ordered was smoked, so no cooking required and no fishy taste!!! Just love it and Wendy has been super responsive and awesome as well!!! Love this company!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"Best day ever. We caught 10 lbs of fish and they cleaned them for us. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. There were a few golden rainbows in the pond as well. What a great place to have such a nice a nice afternoon with the family."
