"Total scam. I would give it zero stars if that’s an option. Haven’t had food this bad in a long time. At least do not spoil halal guys reputation. First up, food quantity was so less for freaking $18 beef gyro platter. Are you kidding me?? Even a kid would still be hungry after having your platter. Carved beef was almost so charred and just so over cooked. Rice was barely there. Falafel size is half of what it was before. So much lettuce and tomato you must be high on something to prep that. This place is a total rip off and a scam in the name of halal guys. Avoid at all costs."

"I hadn't been to Halal Guys in quite some time, and not to this location at all previously. I ordered a "Spiced Sizzlin' Chicken Sandwich" and a side order of the "Honey Sriracha Falafel". When I sat down to eat my sandwich, it was entirely drowned in lettuce and tomato. Obviously the picture of the meal on the menu won't be what you get every time, but this was on the same level as ordering from Taco Bell (not good). The chicken was bland and flavorless, and I have a distinct feeling that what differentiated the regular chicken sandwich from this sandwich was omitted entirely. When I submitted feedback to the customer service "team" they said they would "investigate" my complaint, and offered a free sandwich coupon to be added to my mobile app account. Not only is the coupon worth less than the sandwich I originally ordered, but there was no word of the experience being an anomaly or any reassurance that my next visit would be better than my last. I do not recommend."

"For a delicious, very filling meal I order a chicken plate. Tasty chicken, love the white sauce and rice. I also order hummus (extra $1 or 2) on top for extra sauciness. Love their hummus, wish we could get it in grocery stores. So good."

"How do you have the original New York City the bar set pretty high for these guys. They are close to the original taste in flavors carts are used to get them from street side in New York. Basically it’s like chipotle style balls so you pick your rice salads and meats into a plate or a pita nice fresh ingredients perfectly seasoned meats pretty good can you try it"

"It's a nice place with options for indoor & outdoor seating - we had a Chicken & Beef Gyro - overall good, but the beef was bit more salty & chicken pieces were a bit bigger in chunks. But overall food is good to taste with the white & hot sauce."
