"Hands down, superior to any pharmacy I have ever used. The folks at Simi Care actually live up to their name … they truly CARE about what’s best for the customer. Since switching from CVS ( due to awful customer service) in 2022, not once have I EVER been treated with courtesy and total respect. I would never use any other pharmacy . It’s no mystery to me, why the large, out of touch companies are folding. This business requires a personal approach when dealing with customers and Simi Care is at the top of the list, hands down."

"Simi Care Pharmacy is awesome! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I had a new prescription from a doctor I see in the same building. I used to live in Simi and my doctor is still there. So now I bring my prescriptions to a Rite Aid by me in Santa Monica. Rite Aid told me that even generic version of my prescription wasn't covered by insurance. And they were super rude about it. I called them back to ask again and talked to the pharmacist this time. They echoed the same response as the tech, but at least offered me a coupon that would make a 30 day supply if my medication about $30. I figured that wasn't terrible as I needed the prescription. My doctor must of also sent the prescription to Simi Care Pharmacy because they called me saying that my prescription was ready. When I asked if it was covered by my insurance, they assured me it was and it would be $5 for a 30 day supply! I thought it was very odd that Rite Aid was so adamant that my medication wasn't covered by my insurance. And turns out it is covered. I owe a big thank you to Simi Care for being transparent about the price and getting me my medication at a fair price. Not only did they help me with this, but the guy who works the register/counter is so kind and friendly. I always look forward to picking up my medication there, unlike the very rude pharmacy tech at my local Rite Aid in Santa Monica. Simi Care is thorough, helpful, friendly and offers a level of service big box pharmacies do not."
