"Very fun place we've been going to over a year so I thought I'd put my input in now. Great for birthdays and getting energy out on chilly days. The dodgeball area is a little more dangerous now that they've switched balls to rubber and the kids ignore the rules because they're small about no head shots so I have seen kids get hurt from a head shot. So maybe bigger signs that says no head shots or back to softer balls would be a good idea. Anyways, water bottles are 2 dollars so I'd recommend bringing ur own cuz anything over 1 is too much imo if u consider the cost of a 24 pack for each individual piece. The bathrooms smell a little like Port o potties so if ur sensitive to strong smells (pregnancy/chronic nausea) bring a mask and spray perfume or a breath spray in it. Lastly, for birthdays balloons are not allowed even the hypoallergenic ones. So do not being any type of balloons. Bannisters and table toppers will make better alternatives. My guess is because there are high ceilings and they don't want any stray balloons. Overall ur kids will have fun besides the children's museum and high rollers and movie theaters indoor options are limited in wi winters and jump start def makes our families list for to do. :)"

"We had a great time! The staff was helpful and on top of things. Tot time was lots of fun. My suggestion is to have areas specifically for the smaller tots and the bigger tots, since even when the place is only open to smaller kids, there is still a range of sizes and abilities. That being said, this is a great place to have in our community."

"This is my faaaaaaaavorite place to have a birthday party for the kids!! They go out of their way to make it a completely seamless experience for the party hosts, and the kids LOVE it. I highly recommend paying the extra fee for the mezzanine! It is such a quiet, calm place compared to being cramped the main dining area in the middle of all the chaos!"

"Totally recommend!! We visited on Friday, June 9th as a family for my daughter’s birthday. The park was excellent for my 9 and 7 year olds! They offer a wall to run up, several trampoline options, parkour, and all kinds of climbing items over a foam pit, and more! A special shout out to the assistant general manager Keenan - he was super friendly upon check in, very attentive, and made my daughter feel special for her birthday. He also noticed my husband’s law enforcement shirt and thanked him for his service. He truly made our visit extra special."
