"Except for the fact that the owner took responsibility that it is their fault. The other part of the owners response is a complete and total lie. They were NOT waiting for a new prescription from Dr. Lupo. as we I would have to go to his office to pick it up as he is a veterinarian. Furthermore, your pharmacist offered to give me a discount on the next prescription. That is against the law. Moreover, I have been inconvenienced by your pharmacy when you opened three hours late due to an emergency. The law requires your pharmacist to do a consultation, he just stood there. With NO help from him I called the veterinarian. When I called to get your information the pharmacist ( who have I strong feeling is your son ) refused to give it to me. I have reported you to the California State Board of Pharmacy. It is against the law to discount any prescription drugs!! It is against the law to not finish a consultation or offer one at all because it would hold up someone’s lunch break. As an attorney I will ensure you will be investigated and the laws you have broken will be upheld due to guidelines you clearly broke. Furthermore, I asked for a phone call from you to resolve this matter which I am yet to receive.. You do not have a good reputation in this town. My doctor refuses to use you. SuperCare is a more accommodating pharmacy and this would never happen there!"

"My wife just had a very serious and scary situation with this pharmacy. She went to pick up a prescription for our cat from Dr. Lupo’s office at 1:20 pm. However, when something was incorrect she called Dr. Lupo’s and explained the pills were too small to cut in half as directed as well as the dosage may be a little high. For the safety of our cat she needed this situation rectified. Unfortunately she was interrupting their lunch break over the safety of an innocent animal. The scary part is that the pharmacist was the one who was incredibly rude and insensitive. If the pharmacist does not care about proper medication dosage, I can’t imagine human beings. I have asked the owner to call me. I won’t hold my breath!"

"I work in an Emergency Room and needed to call this pharmacy for pertinent medication information for one of our patients. Called six times, no one ever picked up. If your phone is not working, please fix it."

"I do not often write a bad review - but I am tired of bad service. My doctor called in a prescription at 9:00 am and was told it would be ready in 1/2 hour. This was for the flu. I dragged myself out of bed and went there about 1:30. I was told “the pharmacist is not here until 2:00 and I will have to come back. I told her I’m pretty sick and can she please let me pay for and take the meds.I did not think I would have the energy to come back. She was not kind or nice or apologetic and didn’t t even tell me why I could not pick up my medicine. All I wanted was a little “I’m so sorry but I can’t do anything “ even that would have felt like she cared. I expected more from our community."
