"I called them 10 am yesterday Thursday june 22nd when they open and asked if i could get a quote on my truck. The lady who answered the phone told me russ would have to call me back he was on a test drive . I said ok she took down my number and I didn't hear back. i tried to call at the end of the day no one answered. I called again the next day at noon no answer... I try to Have a little patience but i feel someone should have called me back (And at least let me know that they were too busy to get to it today etc)I chose to call this place because of all the good reviews about them being honest and reasonable for women.. But I need my car fixed as soon as possible last time I didn't get a call back from a auto body place It was a week later I cannot afford to wait that long... So i guess ill be calling several more places June 28 still NO call back"
