"I would like to provide a tenant perspective on my current residential experience: Areas of Concern: Maintenance Issues: Over the initial three months of occupancy, several maintenance concerns have been noted, including a leaking ceiling, loose plugs, and sink-related challenges. These occurrences are notable, particularly for a new apartment complex. Design Limitations: A few aspects of the apartment design have been identified as potentially inconvenient. The upper floor bathtub's height of 21 inches may pose difficulty for occupants, and the absence of grab handles raises safety concerns. Cabinet space is limited, with smaller cabinets measuring 9 1/2 inches deep and the cabinet above the sink being only 12 inches deep. Appliance Features: The stove lacks digital controls, relying solely on manual knob adjustments. The air conditioning system is capped at 75 degrees, though adjustments beyond this limit are possible by consulting the owner's manual. Some residents have expressed perceptions of lower quality in certain elements, such as the blinds. Additional Considerations: Pricing Disparity: Noteworthy is the fluctuation in pricing based on the floor level, with first-floor units commanding higher rates than those on the second and third floors. Prospective tenants are advised to factor this into their decision-making process. Pet Facilities: The pet stations, situated at a considerable distance on the other side of the complex, may pose a logistical challenge, especially during late-night hours. Given the ongoing construction, accessibility to this area might be a concern. Access Constraints: The complex features a single entrance and exit point, potentially affecting the flow of residents in and out of the community. Limited Parking and Accessibility: Another aspect worth noting is the challenge posed by limited parking spaces within the complex. Depending on your unit's location, finding a parking spot may prove to be a daunting task, leading to residents having to walk considerable distances from their cars to their residences. This issue can be especially pronounced during peak hours when most residents are returning home, adding an extra layer of inconvenience to daily life. Abundance of Continued Trash: Despite efforts by the management to maintain cleanliness, the issue of continued trash accumulation has been observed. Common areas, such as parking lots and walkways, occasionally exhibit signs of litter, and the frequency of trash collection might need improvement. This can impact the overall aesthetic appeal of the community and the quality of life for residents who value a clean and well-maintained environment. Ongoing Management Efforts: It's worth acknowledging that the apartment complex has taken steps to address various issues raised by residents, demonstrating a commitment to improving the overall living experience. However, the presence of these persisting concerns suggests that continuous attention and efforts are needed. Considering Alternative Options: While the complex management has made strides in addressing several issues, it would still be wise for prospective residents to explore additional housing options in the area. Alternative complexes or neighborhoods may offer a better balance of amenities, pricing, and overall living conditions. Conducting thorough research and visiting multiple potential residences can provide a more comprehensive understanding of what each option entails. In conclusion, while the current residential experience has its share of challenges, the management's responsiveness to concerns is a positive sign. However, individuals seeking a more seamless and satisfactory living situation may find it beneficial to explore alternative housing opportunities in the vicinity."
"My experience has been good so far, i happen to be one of the first residents. I'm enjoying the facilities (Gym & Pool) , safety and proximity to the shops"
"Not a bad place for the price, it's my first place ever after finally moving out. And I like it. The area is nice even with all the construction which is understandable. The apartments themselves are VERY nice. As well as people are very kind. Though some neighbors here can be loud sometimes. But overall a great place. I love it here! One ick that is annoying and mainly affects people who work late (me) is lack of parking spaces. Which I hope gets fixed in the future! ^-^"
"I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 months and already want to move out. Although the leasing office has been great throughout my move-in process, I can’t help but to complain about the quality of some of the residents living here. Many do not take into consideration that it is a shared space and live as if they own a house with no rules. Some are extremely messy making this place look like a section 8 apartment complex. The interior of the apartment is beautiful but the outside is being ruined by lower class behavior. In addition, if you work night shift, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am which means that maintaining an appropriate noise level outside of this time frame is not required. There are several playgrounds scattered around the complex and sadly I moved into a building with an ignorant family that allows their children to scream at the top of their lungs. In short, I am frequently woken up by these screams despite taking sleeping medication and playing white noise. The previous apartment complex that I moved from was amazing compared to this. They held everyone responsible for providing an enjoyable living experience for eachother and would be fined if any of us were a nuisance. There were no quiet hours. The apartment complex itself was expected to be quiet all hours of the day because we needed to respect each others life and work schedules. Another thing, the complex manager is not at all receptive and does not get back to you in a timely manner. Actually, she will never get back to you. I’m not sure what she gets paid to do but clearly there is just so many things wrong at this apartment complex that I will not recommend it to anyone the works an off shift. If you work day shift it may be a little more tolerable if you don’t mind the mess some of your neighbors might leave. Also the parking situation is ridiculous. I have my own garage and that same ignorant family always park their cars in the back by the garages, which mind you it is not a place to park) so everytime I pull the corner to get my car into the garage there’s a car in the way. This family ALSO parks their cars in the handicapped parking spot. So inconsiderate. This apartment complex has such potential but clearly they are so desperate for residents that it is not a priority to crack down on the trash behavior of some of these tenants. Also, the gym is great but I have stopped going because there is no privacy. Men who are outside by the pool stare in. They stand and make it very known they are watching you. It’s disgusting. Some of these men are present with their wife and kids! If the gym had windows that allowed you to see out and not in that would help. But I feel so violated everytime I go because these men are just watching like dogs. I was so excited about this place. Maybe it will change later down the road, but for now it is a nightmare living here."
"Updating my review because after being here for a couple months, I think I’ve seen a lot more. First off, people are not picking up after their dogs. Residents not respecting by being loud and allowing their kids to scream and play so late outside when we have to wake up early for work. People leaving empty beer bottles on the floor. There needs to be some sort of patrol or something, because there’s also some weird sketchy stuff happening too!"
