"Our family had a great and memorable experience! Ian & Jill were excellent tour guides through the zip line experience! They were thorough and careful every step of the way! They were fun too ! We felt safe & comfortable! I would recommend this experience and we will do this again next time!"
"Had the best experience ever for our first time ziplining. Had the best guides for the process Ricky and Lexy are the greatest! Lexy had all of our names down and made it a great experience with her amazing energy. Ricky made sure to show us all the cool tricks. Hands down highly recommend doing this tour when you visit Catalina Island!!!"
"So signed up, prepaid, kids zipped I could not. no Refund. They do weigh you at the site with u fully dressed, I was 247 dressed and then the dismissive lady with Hairy arm pits advised me I could not go with my kids. Limit is 240. She shows you the scale, lol. So be aware of the process. I did attend the orientation with my kids, it appears the zip lines hold 2600lbs according to the guilds. They even have Water at the different zip stations to drink. Do you know how that water gets there? the Guild clip two 5 gap bottles to the selves and zip deliver them. Ya right, whatever. You get my point, hairy pit lady no bueno. no ounce of caring. As I sat and waited for my kids to Zip, she walked away from the station. Another person that worked there was then confident enough to give me some information. He gave me a map and told me we're to walk on the road to see the kids zip. What he did made all the difference! And I thank him for being genuine. Kids 10 and 13 had zip before, they described this location as average v. pricy ride. Hope this helps someone"
"It was an amazing experience. The guides were so kind, funny and comforting. They truly made the experience 1000x better. The views are spectacular. You feel safe the whole time. I’m terrified of heights but I felt super comfortable and enjoyed it the whole time."
