"My family purchased a membership because of the potential this place has. My older son has enjoyed the large slide, riding it no less than 10 times each day that we were there. Yesterday he was told he didn’t appear tall enough or old enough and they wouldn’t let him slide down. I explained that he’s done it several times before, even offer videos as proof that I’ve taken because he enjoyed it so much. The employee didn’t acknowledge me AT ALL after turning my son away. It’s almost as if it’s up to the interpretation of whatever employee is there. Along with the multiple other areas closed, my family doesn’t see the benefit of the membership and don’t feel like it’s a safe and welcoming place."
