"Replied to my review calling me a cheapskate. Sir, that just shows how unorganized your business is because I was not your customer. I am a family member of one of your customers. Sad they don't know their customer's name. I don't believe calling someone a cheapskate because they didn't agree to pay a certain amount for poor quality of work is appropriate. This company said their excessive drinking was okay because it was invited. Adults should know their limits. If I was invited to drink on a job I was working at, I would use common sense to not take advantage of the invite and get intoxicated. The way that this company responds to negative reviews is atrocious. This is the first company I have ever seen retaliate against a bad review, rather than apologizing and making the situation correct. How embarrassing for the business owners."

"NBT just left my place. Came out and looked at my Dodge Jourey because I had a noise happening in my passanger rear tire area. The looked at it and gave me an idea of what if could be. Nothing that needed to be fixed today. It was a great exprience and the price for them to come out was reasonable. I will be using NBT moving forward!"
