"This apartment building is in a very bad part of town and has NO SECURITY. I have had my car broken into, my patio burglarized, bums digging through the garbage, checks stolen from my front porch while living here for less than a year and a half. The management will not do anything to help. I was told by the manager that “security is not our job”. Do not waste your money on these over priced run down apartments... trust me"

"I moved in 2 mos ago and the Managers helped me even though I do not have great credit. Socorro went out of her way to help me with everything I need. Brandy was so nice and walked me through each step and I love my new remodeled apartment."

"Very unhappy with this apartment complex. They complain about everything. If you have children beware they expect for you to have the quiet all the time. Takes forever to fix anything and even when they do they want to come when you are not home. Can't have anything on the balcony without complaints. Management is horrible. Brandy is very unprofessional and has no customer service or manners at all. High rent. Not worth it. Find somewhere else to live!"

"Very very disappointed with management and this place in general. If planning on renting here be aware of what your signing and when you do your initial walk thru make sure they note everything that has a flaw (mostly everything since they're so old) if not it will come out of your deposit. My husband made the mistake of taking Socorro's word (office staff) "oh we have that noted already" or "we dnt look into That small of a detail" Yet when they did the final walk thru Brandy (manager) deducted every little thing she could. My husband bought the exact paint they told us (from Kelly paints) patched where we had our TV mounted and Brandy had the nerve to say it wasn't the same color and that we would get deducted for no texture. When all the other patches on the apartment (before us) had no texture as well. They will deduct for cleaning of the apartment and carpet so save your time and energy cuz they are firm about this. It's in your contract. Bathroom sink, counters and even bathtub are painted white to look clean an new. Once you start cleaning them the paint comes off and you have a dirty bathtub, ugly counters. Not to mention the cabinets are old, squeak like there's no tomorrow and the kitchen is awfully small w no counter space."
