"A great company with no issues until the end. As the other reviews state here, kiss your deposit goodbye because they will find a way to keep your money. Even if they tell you all looks well in the walk through, conducted prior to a final walk through without your presence (conveniently where they locate all the issues they will charge you for), a portion of your deposit will be gone no matter how well you keep the home. Very unethical. I’m disappointed because we enjoyed our time renting here until the final experience. If you can afford to let your initial deposit go, then you’ll enjoy the rest of your renting experience from them."

"Honestly the worst property management company we have ever rented from. When we did our move in inspection Kim told us they knew about certain aspects of the house being old and the owners not wanting to replace things like the closet doors being off track and hard to open, the switches and outlets not working properly, the shelves in the fridge being partially broken, all things we overlooked as it wasnt a brand new house and was livable. She told us about a bookshelf in the garage being the owners and not to move it. When we did move out they charged us to dump the bookshelf claiming it was ours (if you've seen my furniture you would know it's definitely not my style or anything I would ever purchase) they also charged us for all the closet doors being off track (almost $500 which they claimed in the move in walk through to know about them being old and hard to open. I even wrote down how they were old and off track hard to open in our move in inspection) but they claim to have fixed it which was never done so we were charged not sure for what as im sure the doors are exactly the same. We were only in the house for 1 year (half of which we were not even in the house due to my job) when we did our pre move out Kim told us it looked great and we only needed to do touch up on 1 wall, but much to our surprise to be charged $1500 to repaint the whole house. On top of all these things it's almost impossible to get a response from them it took them almost a month to get back to us and still haven't sent us a copy of the move in checklist we asked to get a copy of. It's almost like they're dodging our calls and emails. Very unprofessional and unrganized. We've always taken care of all our rentals and had no issues getting a majority of our deposits back in the past so it's pretty shocking to see how they steal your money so easily."

"we rented a place for the weekend through AirBnB that was managed by K & K. Definitely do NOT recommend, especially during COVID times. The place was obviously not professionally cleaned and did not provide basic cleaning supplies - no paper towels, no hand soap, no dish soap. They expect their guests to do all the cleaning, including taking the trash to the dumpster that was filthy and already too full. So in addition to paying a $200 cleaning fee, you will also be spending a few hours cleaning the place yourself and then putting yourself more at risk for COVID. when we showed up at the packed dumpster, a rude K&K staff member told us to dump trash in the recycling bin and provided no hand sanitizer."

"I have had Two different clients use Kathy and Kay. They are very through and focused on performance. Their walk through of the property was extremely detailed. The cleaners they use are very good. They do a lot more than just dust and vacuum. We worked together to get a rental on the market and when I took the listing they had the property painted, re-carpeted and cleaned. They were efficient and tried to accommodate everyone."

"Unprofessional, rude, condescending, unreasonable, refusing read email, refusing to respond in a timely manner - 3 hours to respond to a request to tour a property when they were notified the day before... They have a requiring AT LEAST 24 hours notice to show a property to a prospective tenant... There tenant reviews on other review sites show this is how they do business with all of their tenants. I am so glad I listened to that negative, uncooperative vibe I got from them the first time I called, and was reinforced when they finally decided to take the time to tour the home I was interested in. So glad I checked their reviews and found out they treated their tenants with the same disdain. Avoid, do not do business with them. If you doubt my review, I urge you to check other review sites and my review is tame."
