"Deceptive advertising! Wasn't sure if the listing was for the tripod system or just the fluid head so I checked the full product description for clarity. The description very clearly states that the listing is for the full tripod system, legs and fluid head. However, when it was delivered, only received the head. They need to remove the big bold letters from the title that imply it's the full tripod system and adjust the product description to state what is actually included. Contacted customer service and they tried to argue about the listing title... That's what the product description is supposed to be there to clear up. Scammers! Will not be buying from them again."

"Normally you leave an online review when you're either happy or unhappy - I am the latter one when it comes to my experience with Full Compass Systems. Had an order that should take a week to fulfill and when I am reaching out about the status a month later I am told they are looking into the status. Huh? It is already way past its due date and they are checking on the status first when I ask why it hasn't arrived close to a month late... The answer I get is that the order is on backorder and will arrive first Feb or Mar, i.e., a total of 3-4 months lead-time instead of a week. They seemed clueless and disorganized. We all make mistakes but companies who really care are also trying to make up for any mistakes done - in this case there were no interest in owning what they did or make up for anything. The customer service rep didn't even acknowledge they did anything wrong... If you are choosing between this company and another company when buying a product online, I would recommend you going to the other place."
