"I lived here in the summer of 2023. I had a great time, nice quite location, easy access to anything. I was quite skeptical about it being on the side of the road but it was actually perfect. Michelle worked at the office and she was great! Always there and available to help even though she worked multiple locations. My maintenance requests were attended to really quickly. Michelle made my stay there really really comfortable. Thank you Michelle!"

"Michelle is the best leasing agent I have ever dealt with! She makes it so easy to understand everything you need to apply/get approved. She worked incredibly close with me to be sure I was able to get a unit when moving to the area. Her manager Lily is also awesome. Although I was not able to work with lily directly, she helped me so much and was very understanding of my situation moving out to california. Thank you both for everything!! I have never stayed in a unit longer than one lease, and I am thinking this will be the first one I do actually stay!"

She showed me a big, specious one bedroom unit witch my daughter and I fell in love with. I definitely recommend this place and hopefully you get to tour with her she is so amazing."

"My husband and I loved living at Shadow Creek! The property is clean and the property manager, Megan, is the best. She truly tries to help you in any way possible. We had a 1bedroom and stayed for over 2 years. The layout is spacious. There are walk in closets, dishwashers, wood floors, and a large hallway closet with mirrors. And the dining area is separate from the living room which is important! The patio is large and has storage, the laundry room has 4 washers/dryers. I loved that the apt was close to so many conveniences. Bascom Ave and surrounding has everything you need or it's close by. I'd say 15 min or less. Great location, community, and complex. I would live here again."

"Happy with the complex so far! :) Its quiet and well maintained. The manager, Megan, is super nice, courteous, and quick with responses. The other office staff are also really nice. Neighbors around me are super nice too and all the dog owners are really friendly. I had a smooth move in and am glad I found this place. They keep the complex clean which I appreciate since I walk my dog a lot. It’s a pretty solid place to live :D I’ll update my review at the end of my lease :)"
