"I love the Waverly apartments the 1 bedroom I have is very spacious. I like the idea of hard wood floors and up to date appliances. The pool/gym and community is great. I love the bbq area I use it quite often chilling pool side. the sky deck is awesome to relax and decompress. also lets not forget to mention I love that the Waverly has a washer and dryer on premises with a lounge. Overall I would recommend the Waverly its in a great location close to all the major freeways so getting around is easy. The property manager Lyndsey is amazing she keeps the property safe and welcoming to come home to. thank you."

"Used to live here many years ago. Wanted to talk to manager about a 2 - 3 bedroom apartment. When I lived here at wasn't "The Waverly" and I was paying $800 for a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath. Anyways the Manager's weren't in to speak to them."

"I’m a current tenant who’s been living here since October 2020 and I absolutely love this complex. All of my surrounding neighbors are friendly and respectful. I haven’t had one single issue with my neighbors or management and the prices are amazing! Management does a fantastic job at staying on top of things and any questions or concerns I have get taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend this complex to any friends or family. 5 stars in my book!"

"I’m a current resident of The Waverly and I’m very happy so far. The apartments are big, the price for the location is a great deal. The pool is kept so clean and also the common areas. I’ve never had an issue with the neighbors and anyone who visited me said wow your complex is so nice and quiet. Juan, the maintenance guy is always so helpful and the manager is great replying to any request I’ve made. I referred my friend to live here and she’s very happy as well. I’m literally 5 min from downtown. I definitely recommend this place."
