"If I can give this place a negative star for the new owners I would. My parents lived here for 30 years and got an eviction notice because apartments are being remodeled. Application was submitted presenting the income that was being requested backed up by bank account statements and they still did not qualify. When they left and got the deposit check, they deducted almost half of the money because the apartment was not clean. Obviously there is wear and tear that management failed to repair over the course of 30 years. It took weeks to get full deposit back. New owners are heartless and have no feelings in evicting families who have lived here an entire life. They do not care how they are affecting them emotionally, being left almost homeless because there are hardly any rentals in Watsonville. The excuse of you don’t meet income guidelines is just an excuse because these families have paid their rent without any issue, or at least they have history of who has paid rent on time."
"I lived all my 23 years of life in these apartments and i just gotta say Don’t get catfish by the inside of the new apartment they probably still have roaches definitely wouldn’t recommend"
"its a nice place to live lived here all my live but they never upgrade anything and forget about maintenance. If something breaks its a pain to get it fix they never have time to fix anything and you always get blamed for it. Its a nice place just needs a change of management and maintenance guy."
