"Washers and dryers are always broken, only 2 bbq pits for about 15 buildings (1 broke and wasn’t replaced) pool table and chairs are always disgusting and dirty! Rent goes up every year but the complex is NOT maintained properly! Overall it goes more and more down hill every year!"
